Why WhatsApp Sucks for Recommendations

I love WhatsApp. I use it multiple times a day and it helps me organise my life. It's become a part of my daily routine. But one thing it sucks at is recommendations.

Let me clear something up right away. I love WhatsApp. I use it multiple times a day and it helps me organise my life. It's become a part of my daily routine. But one thing it sucks at is recommendations. Like you, I have many different WhatsApp groups and my friends are often recommending a good book, a good movie or tv show, or a good restaurant.

The problem is - I usually see the post when I'm already busy with something else. The result? I forget about the post until a week or two later when I want to watch something or read something and I look (usually unsuccessfully) for that recommendation, which is now buried in a multitude of posts on other random stuff.

Kyndrid is designed to solve that problem, a place where all those recommendations (we call them 'vouches', can be saved in your groups (we call them 'circles'). It's a simple idea, nothing fancy, but it works.
